Recurring brake issues

I have taken my vehicle into 2 different Audi branches for the brakes to be repaired or replaced as they were making a terrible sound. Despite promises that the issue had been resolved, the brakes still make a noise and it's really frustrating. I love the brand but really ticked off by the awful service. Please can someone resolve this problem
