Presh standing in for Lucky Mabasa - ***

OMG, I am disappointed in the reception I received from "Presh" from Audi Polokwane. I called about an advert for a position, and on the advert it clearly indicated a contact (Name and Number) for any queries. I called and asked to speak with the relevant person who was not available at the time, the line returned to her and she advised same. I asked if there is any chance I could get the direct line for contact but as she was reluctant she ask me what it was about. I told her what my query was about and she insisted that she can help me. I asked her a few questions and none of my questions were answered, she became rude and arrogant laughing and making fun of the situation. I felt very insulted and can’t believe she is part of such a prestige brand. Very disappointed and I would never recommend anyone to deal with Audi Polokwane, because the reception is both unprofessional and immature. At the end of the call I asked her to confirm her name for me and she simply said to me, "I have said enough" obviously she knew what she was doing was uncalled for and didn’t want to be identified, lucky she answered the phone using her name and I could remember it.
