Pre-owned vehicle without service history documents

<p>My colleague bought a pre-owned vehicle from an Audi dealership. However, documents for the vehicle's service history were not given to him. They promised to deliver them at a later stage but, that too has not happened.</p> <p>The vehicle has been serviced once since he purchased it. Now, he is considering returning the vehicle back to the dealership until such time his documents are ready - while they give him a courtesy car to use in the interim. Alternatively, he is considering to return the vehicle and ask for his money back.</p> <p>Please advice how best he could sort this problem</p>
