Poor workmanship from dealer and poor feedback from Audi SA

There was an issue that I raised with them for poor workmanship at Audi Wonderboom and they never investigated the matter or could provide me the information that I requested to give me feedback on or the outcome. For the call centre the take the word of the Audi team instead of listening and investigating the matter. their "mechanics" replaced parts which wasn't the fault after I paid for those parts and after that it was another problem so the car wasn't fixed because they let you pay for parts and then after it is fitted the say it is something else. I took the car to another service provider and they gave me a total different issue and they fixed it and the car is working fine. Useless and will not support Audi again in the future
