Poor Service From Audi Centre Sandton

Bought a car with audi centre sandton, the service was fine until they had to provide me with my number plates. I was sent from pillar to post by Tumi, who firstly told me to come collect the number plates, when i got there she only provided me with a license disc and told me that the plates will be sent by the driver who will call, who never called and when i followed up she kept telling me which she never did, i then spoke to her manager who told me they will look into it, the driver calls tells me that they will bring the plates on 2018/06/05 at 10pm..when the driver arrives he just hands me the plates and when i ask him who has to put the plates in the car he tells me he was never told that he has to put them in the car he was just told do deliver them. now i have to use my own money to go and get those plates fitted to the car after wasting my time and money going there and calling for this. So disappointed by the lack of help from Audi Sandton.
