Poor service

Yesterday I had breakdown and drove Audi in Boksburg I spoke to Anslie Chetty told me it's an emergency I need to leave it so he can check what is the problem and he will give me a feedback within 24 hours because they are fully booked for the whole week and I agreed to it because I wanted to know is the problem Later in the afternoon he called me and told me that he managed to check the car and he gave me a quotation of 8900.00 that I declined he then told me that I need to pay diagnosed fee 1200.00 which I don't understand why he did not tell me about it in the morning because I was not gonna leave the car because I know that I do not money now . Now I cant get my car because of this fee that I was not told about it ...Honestly this is unfair it's not my mistake that he did not tell me in the morning. Can I have my car back it's unfair for me to be liable for something that I did not agree to .
