Poor Service Audi East Rand and Audi South Africa

I purchased an Audi Q3 beginning of 2023.

After a few months the breaks started making a noise. The car went in to Audi East Rand where they said the problem has been resolved.

We are now in the middle of 2024, the car has been to the dealership for like the 5th time now for the same problem and nothing has been resolved.

Reported it to Audi SA and their excuse is that sports vehicles breaks do make a noise. Yes I understand it to a certain limit but this car people can hear me coming down the road thats how bad it is.

God forbid, are they going to wait until something serious happens to take action?

Highly disappointment with their lack of customer service.

Seems like only way is to get lawyers and the consumer protection involved.

1st time buying an Audi and never will again!!!
