poor service Audi Clearwater

i have been waiting since December for Audi Clearwater to get back to me. my side panel on my A4 which is black is fading and the DP said they will order a part to replace it. i have been back about 3 times now and every time they say they will order the part and get back to me im still waiting for this call. i was last there about 3 weeks ago spoke to the service manager who said he would speak to my sales man. my experience from day one with Audi has been disappointing to say the least. when i went to buy my A4 i was told i was getting a white A4 with 150k trade assist. the next day when i went to sign the car did not exist nor did the discount. i landed up paying more for a grey car that i was not so keen on Audi clear water is Clearly not up to standards.
