Poor Service Audi Centre Rivonia (Hatfield)

I booked in my car for its annual service.<br> I was explicit in my requirement that I was pressed for time today and needed to be fetched at 14:00. I also informed the service advisor that the car had an annoying rattle from the dash. <br> My first contact was at midday to be informed that everything is well, all items have been resolved and I can expect the driver to fetch me at 14:00.<br> Thereafter I was contacted to be informed that the vehicle was in the office park, however the driver had actually never pitched.<br> After receiving 5 calls (riddled with lies) about my transport being at my work place/en route to fetch me and waiting for 1.5hours, I escalated the matter.<br> The service technician then drove my car to my work place (last resort).<br> There was a total disrespect to the customer by portraying lies and a total disregard of the value of my time.<br> <br> Eventually, my vehicle arrives at the office park.<br> I drive the car for two minutes, the rattles persist.<br> <br> A sales consultant then calls me to say the trade offer is R 270 000 and was pushing a sale.<br> I purchased the brand new car in 2014 at R 465 000.<br> It is appalling that Audi's lose value at such a rapid rate.<br>
