POOR SERVICE AT AUDI RIVONIA

I was not given transport to my workplace after i dropped my car for service as booked. I waited for 2 hours (from 9:00 am to 11:00 am) till i requested transport and i told the Manager that i was willing to pay for the drop off. The distance between Audi Rivonia and 12 Maxwell Drive is about 4km. One of the ladies (with an Audi T/shirt) asked me if i wanted a lift and i confirmed that i wanted one but she went on to make coffee for herself and did not come back to me. IT WILL BE GOOD IF WE ARE TREATED WITH RESPECT AT AUDI RIVONIA.
