Poor service and bad attitude from the service manager

<p>My car broke down on the 24/02/2017 I left it at middelburg. My car stood there for 2 weeks with difficulty getting updates and of course excuses all the time, parts didn't arrive, we need more parts or they discovered a new problem which of course needs parts. Like do they not have qualified people who can tell at least at a 90% of what the problem is? If you're considering to buy an Audi think twice because of the service rendered and the attitude from the Manager. The thermostat and water pump fails timeously on these cars a couple friends of mine drive audi's and all complain of such. Very disappointing for a big entity like Audi never mind the frustration.</p>
