Poor service

I am very disappointed with Audi center Bruma and Audi South Africa. I bought a car on the 21st August 2020 that was last month. I spoke to the sales person about two tyres that were not in good condition and I humbly requested his to change them for me but it seamed he did not take me serious. I'm staying in Bloemfontein Free State and I had to drive back to Bloemfontein the same day so left without the matter being attended to. I then contacted Audi South Africa to try and have the matter resolved of which they failed to assist. They claimed they gave me a "discount" of R20 000 whereas it was around R7000 which they now claim it was meant for new tyres yet they failed to inform me upon the purchase. I am disappointed and regretful that I went into business with them
