Poor service

I am disappointed on how VW / Audi South Africa handled my query. The issue is the squeaky sound when applying foot breaks. The vehicle has been booked 3-4 times to Audi dealers for inspection. Feedback was brakes were cleaned, dust is the cause of the sound. I was advised to either go the dealer if sounds persists, or go to car wash to spray gun the brake pads or nearest garage to blow dust out the brakes pads. That is inconvenient for me. If Audi feels that brake pads need not to be replaced, then why can't Audi investigate the cause of the sound than telling me to drive to Audi when there's squeaky sound, or car wash or nearest garage, that is nonsense! If they can't troubleshoot on their product and expect consumers to purchase their product, then you need to think twice with how customer service operates
