Poor service

Bought a brand new Audi A3TFSI in 2015. All services are up to date. Since the car went for services at audi none of the mechanical parts have been change all they did was oil service. I had to request to change the shocks in 2019 and it was a hassle to get it change. I have been told that Audi don't change any parts unless it is faulty/damage. Yet when we buy these cars parts are included in the package but we have to wait till it gets damage. The car went for 100k service and clocked an actually 92k. I asked to replaced the cambelt and the same thing happen...Audi don't replace any parts unless it is damage I have been told again. Remember you are paying for it!! Now on 106k I have a engine problem. So not only is audi saving money but they are making money out of people like me. Not very happy
