Poor Service

Earlier this year I bought a 2nd hand Audi A3 from Audi Bruma. The service was fantastic and there were no hiccups... up until the car was purchased. The very next day after the purchase I realized that the service book was not in the car. I queried this with the sales person and he confirmed that he will courier the book to me. 2 Weeks later still no service book. I contacted him yet again and this time he said the previous owner still had the book and they will be dropping it off at the dealership and then it will be couriered to me. A month later still nothing, but now I get told by the sales person that there was no service book and he ordered a new one from Germany. The sales person then told me that all the services for the car is on the system and he would email it to me.... this was about 8 weeks ago.
