Poor Service

Very disgusted with Audi SA which have proof to be the worst client service at all times. We have a Audi S5 sportback which amount to R735 000 at the time we bought it. It was our 4th Audi and we couldnt wait for its arrival in SA. We serviced it on due times and it was well cared for. After only 74 000km it didnt want to reverse. So we took it to Audi which gave us a shock of the costs of it amounted to 91k without labour. We have a letter stated that the year model had a problem with the mechatronic unit. It has been recorded as such and we followed plenty clients on social media with the same problem. Audi should've made a recall on that models but instead of doing so they left it and refuse to replace the unit. 735 000 for a car which only last 74 000km? Ridiculous. Now it is standing in my garage as an ornament cause i can not afford these ludicrous costs for something they are well aware of and even recorded it on paper. We made numerous calls to Audi SA and they just refuse to help. They will always get back and after weeks they will just say not their problem. I WILL NEVER buy another Audi as long as i live and i certainly will NOT keep my mouth shut any longer. I will not refer any one to any Audi or Volkswagen dealer ever again. Poor aftercare service. Utter incompetence. Useless information. Deceit. We were ******!!
