Poor service

I took my car in for a service less than a month ago. I have now had to pay a nice price for a clutch replacement as the issue was not detectected when my car was booked in. I've now paid for the clutch replacement. My gears are still failing. I cannot go without a car anylonger as I work late hours and I can't use public transport. I'm sick and tired of this mediocrity from Audi. I'm waiting for a lovely excuse.
