Poor Service

After purchasing an Audi Q7 from the dealership I'm receiving no response from sales person and the dealer principle to my email and telephone calls requesting my refund for the license fee for I was charged but licensed the vehicle myself. The service I was promised before the purchase has evaporated after making payment for the vehicle.
