Poor Service

My Audi was sent in for repairs a couple of times early on in the year. Each time it came back with the problem not resolved.The car was still under motor plan at the time.<br> <br> I sent the car in again in July for the same issue only for them to tell me that the car is not under motor plan and I would have to pay for the repairs.<br> <br> I refused to pay as it was a pre existing problem that they failed to fix.<br> I was told that there is no mention on any of the job cards of the problem.<br> <br> Victor promised to send me the job cards. (still waiting after 2 weeks)<br> They never get back to me and I always have to phone to follow up.<br> <br> Regards<br> Graeme
