Poor Engine Quality on Audi A3 1.4T 2013 Models - High Oil consumption and smoking exhaust

My 2013 Audi A3 1.4T had a maintenance plan until 100,000km (5-year) and I extended the motor plan to 120,000km (6-Years). The moment the car went out of motor plan (more than 120,000km) the car started consuming large amounts of oil and started to smoke from the exhaust. The car now has 135,000km, it’s still consuming oil and smoking, and oil consumption is off specification. To repair the vehicle now will cost me R93,000 depending on the engine damage. The car has full service history and never missed an inspection interval.

How can Audi SA say to trust their brand when their vehicles start failing after motor-plan (120,000km) has lapsed. I am disappointed at the manner Audi SA has handle my rights to fix the vehicle, Audi SA should inform people that all their vehicle must stay on the motor plan until the vehicle reaches end off life, so that we know we won't be subjected to poor engine vehicle costs.

Having a vehicle that consumes large amounts of oil and smokes after 120,000km is poor quality and service to customers. Audi SA I am disappointed at the quality of your service and 2013 Audi A3 1.4T Model - Engine Performance.
