Poor customer service

I'm so disappointed about the service i received at Audi on the 24th of December 2015. My A4 jammed on the road while taking my family from Nkandla to Pongola. I called Audi assist to organise a towing and my transport back to Nkandla but they failed resulting in me sleeping at the garage at Ulundi . They failed to organise me a courtesy car while i was in the middle of no where. I wasn't expecting this kind of treatment from the so called top brand like Audi . Up until now I'm still waiting for them to report on what happened with my car.
