Poor and unreliable service

my audi A3 had a breakdown on the 19/09/2015 and it was towed to audi centre polokwane.the dealership has since failed to offer me a loan vehicle and they are unable to tell me how long will it take to fix the vehicle.my service advisor (summeya) keeps on giving me false information that she is waiting for parts but to my surprise,i found that she has not even ordered the parts. i bought the car because i need it daily to go to work and i dont know why she keeps on lying to me.i am now forced to take leave from work since the dealership cant help me with the loan vehicle.this is a VERY VERY POOR service i got from Audi polokwane and i will never use their service again.Very Very unprofessional!!!
