Poor After Sale Service

In April 2015 purchased an Audi TT, brand new from one of the Audi dealerships, the vehicle is fitted with Bang & olfsen sound system (Factory fitted). 2 months after the purchase i started experiencing problems with my sound <br> <br> However this problem occurred about 4 times to date, and I've taken the vehicle for inspection, and similar processes are being followed, same parts being replace. The car is still less than a year old, and I'm still experiencing the same problem with bluetooth and sound system malfunctioning, I've contacted Audi SA for their intervention, but they only refer me to dealerships, dealerships refer me to Audi SA.<br> <br> Audi SA says that I should take the car to the dealership, however I've done that 4 times already, and it hasn't yielded any different results. The interior of my door is now visibly loosened due to multiple openings.<br> I asked Audi SA how many times should i take the car to the dealership of replacement of the same parts, they told me that there are no limits.<br> <br> I will never purchase an Audi again, this is the worst service I've ever experienced, for a premium car Audi should be ashamed of this.
