poor

I have a Audi a3 sedan and previously there was broken into my vehicle and I took my vehicle to Audi Centre Pinetown for a new window and I was advice to take my vehicle to PG Glass. as I am from the motor industry myself I raised the question if they don't need the hours in he workshop or parts sales? at the end the window was replaced by Audi (four days without a window) just because there was other item on the claim as well.<br> <br> once again the vehicle was damage (Same window) and to no surprise a 3 day waiting period for a window which is a safety item. I took the liberty to phone their very friendly and helpful sales department enquiring to purchase a vehicle. the salesman boasted on the quantity of vehicles sold per month. I asked him about parts availability because of the high numbers and he promised me great service especially on something like a window that's a must have.<br> now my neighbours car was broken in to at the same time (Honda Accord) and this morning when I drove past the window was replaced.<br> as we know from the amount of wheels on the road Honda isn't one of the top brands but yet their service levels are much better?<br> what would my next vehicle be ?
