Pathetic treatment from service department

I reside in JHB and my A3 broke down due to clutch failure in Rustenburg.It was then towed by my insurance company to Audi Rustenburg.No one at Audi bothered to notify me when the car was dropped off as i was alredy in JHB at the time,16 March.They dealer went ahead and stripped the car and charged me R25000 for repairs.I got another quote from Motorite to fix my car at a lesser amount.<br> I then notified Yolandie (service advisor at Audi) of my plans to fetch the car in the afternoon and to have it ready by then.When my brother got to Rustenburg from Jhb with the towing truck hours later, my car was still not ready still stripped.i paid R1966 charge for the stripping.The technicians just put back the parts together carelessly damaging my radio as a result.A radio which was in an excellent working condition at the time of the breakdown.I am utterly and extremely disappointed with the dealer as Audi has an excellent reputation for a long time.
