Pathetic service we get from Audi Finance

The service we get at Audi finance is bull**** as I paid upfront money to Audi finance on the 10 of June 2025. In July statement that I received, the money was not updated as I called them and send the POP and they said they will updated it. I also received an email that they got the POP and confirming that they will update my statement as they can see my money. Today on the 12 August 2025 I received a statement and the money is not updated on my statement. I called and they were telling me some stories. I regret leaving BMW as the service there was professional.
