pathetic service / misuse of vehicle

Audi Pinetown took my car for a joyride at 116km/ h in a 60km/ h zone. They have been sitting with my car for two days to change brake pads. There is no follow up call or progress report. They have zero accountability or customer care. I have been told that technicans are on lunch and I must wait. This after telling them that i had a appointment at 14:00 today.
