Pathetic service from Audi Polokwane

<p>I had a mechanical breakdown on my vehicle on the 13th of August. My car was towed to Audi Polokwane and prior that I asked the consultant not to take my car there as I have previously experinced bad service there. I was told they can only tow the car to the nearest dealership. Ok fine!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I never received any calls from Audi Polokwane with regards to the what the problem is and what is the progress on my car. Today (07 September 2016) I decide to call Audi Polokwane, I was told that they will only be deciding by the end of this week if they will order parts from Germany or not. For goodness sake, what have they been doing the past 3 weeks?</p> <p> </p> <p>I use that vehicle for business and my business has been suffering for the past 3 weeks, and i'm being told that they cant even organise me a courtesy vehicle while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I will have to wait for probably another 3 or more weeks until the vehicle is fixed due to their poor customer service.</p>
