Pathetic service from audi assist

After hitting rocks while traveling at 8 at night, set up on a hijacking spot. My car was leaking oil and had a flat tire. I phoned audi assist to help but was told that they cannot assist as they don't have any available units to assist. After phoning a second time, audi assist then refused to help after me explaining I was in a hijacking spot, saying that it's an accident and they cant only assist if something failed with the vehicle and I should seek other means of assistance. After changing the tyre, I was surprised to find the spare tyre flat as well, when the vehicle had been serviced on the 31st of December 2019. I am utterly disturbed by the response of Audi considering I am female and the situation could have been much worse had the cops not showed up to assist.
