Pathetic service by Audi Sandton

Audi is the most useless car brand I know. Ever since I purchased my A3 the car has given trouble to date. Today I was told I will have to pay for a battery from my own pocket and yet my car is still under warranty because their report shows that I left my lights for long. How? 1. The car switches the lights automatically 2. When I checked the life span of a battery for an Audi A3 its 3years to 4 years and my car is 3 years. This is just a piece of the torture this brand has given. It is the most useless brand ever. Then the service manager tells me most of all the 2015 A3 model are problematic they should have told you. So they sold me a brand new car they knew had issues.

If anyone was thinking of changing their cars please don't go for an Audi. This is not for the first time I am complaining their client relationship manager only informs of you of why they are unable to assist you.
