Pathetic service- Audi

I have a complaint against Audi, and specifically Audi West Rand.

I have an issue with the battery on my Audi where if I don't use the car for 2 days, the battery dies.

Initially, when I took it in to Audi WR, they advised that it was the tracking device which was causing the battery to die.

After I removed the tracking device the battery is still dying after 2 days of non-use.

It is extremely frustrating to have to call out Audi assist or my Insurance company to jump start the car so often.

I wonder if it is normal for Audi batteries to die so frequently, as according to Audi WR there is nothing wrong with the battery. Why doesn't Audi want to replace the battery?
