Pathetic Service at Audi Sandton

I wish to take this moment to warn all potential and current Audi customers of the pathetic and extremely poor service received at Audi Sandton branch. Regretable, unacceptable and dissapointing service of vehicle was received. Certain requests ignored and coupled with bad communication, false hope given and theft of small items in the car. Staff in a hurry to go home thus no accountability.I left the branch heart broken. I used to service the car in Cape Town and this was never the case. Terrible first experience received at the SANDTON branch. EXTREMELY. DISAPPOINTED!
