Pathetic service

We had a query on a motorplan on a 2014 Audi where the service plan expired 2018 instead of 2019. Nevertheless we paid just over R30 000 to get the vehicle repaired. ETA on parts is 8 March almost a month after payment is made, with no loan vehicle available. Does Audi think we have a ton of vehicles available for when one breaks down and parts are not readily available??? So leaving us without a vehicle because you dont have stock is acceptable???? Audi your service is exceptionally atrocious you make it impossible to even consider buying the brand in future!!!
