Pathetic Service!!!

I bought an Audi A3 1.4TFSI S-tronic, 2011 model at the Audi East Rand Centre.<br> When I purchased the vehicle, I was told by the Sales International advisor (Renata Kinnear) that tires were run-flats.<br> I only realized when I had a puncture and had taken the car to tiger- wheels that the tires were normal tires and not run-flats as I was told.<br> When I took delivery of the vehicle Renata was also under the impression and believed that all 4 tires are run flats, this goes as far as when I called her and she still confirmed telephonically that the tires were run flats. I then told her that will go to my nearest Audi Centre(Northcliff ) for a second opinion and yet she was still convinced and still believed those were run flats. I had to again drive to the East Rand just for her to physically check the tires then only she realized that what she sold to me was not what she believed to be(not to mention how much faith I had in her words).<br> The service I as a customer received from Audi Centre East Rand is downright pathetic. The service advisor Renata is clueless and has no technical knowledge. Even worse! the dealership manager Pieter de Wet has no courtesy or management skills
