Pathetic customer service

I have an Audi Q5 with glow plugs that urgently needs to be replaced/fixed. The result of this is that I cant make use of my car and is stuck. It is my only form of transport and as a young upcoming in the medical profession thought that Audi would understand and assist with this problem. After several conversations and request Audi only offered to assist with this problem more than 14 days later being the 31st of October 2017. In the meantime, I have no alternative but to make use of public transport which is not as trustworthy as in the rest of the world. I need urgent assistance and will really appreciate some form of reply to this complaint. It is unacceptable !!!!! Maybe a BMW would have been better after all..... So much for "vorsprung durch technik".... they forgot about client service....
