Pathetic Audi service and indifferent, unhelpful Audi Customer Care

Audi A3 Sedan. My car had Gearbox Malfunction error on the display, Audi Service Center take it to Audi Revonia for service ( 13/05/18), I had to call everyday for the updates and they keep telling me that the are sorry for the inconvenience caused by that. They promise me a courtesy car even today. Technician who work on my call informed me if they are going to take more than 3 days they have to arrange a courtesy car for me but even now. Today (30/05/18) the technician call me to provide updates and inform me that the parts will only be arriving next week (06/06/18) in the meantime there is nothing he can do. They promise me the courtesy car nothing is happening and they only talk to me if i call them
