Pathethic Service From Audi Umhanga

I am appalled at the poor service I am receiving from Audi Umhlanga and Audi South Africa. For a Brand that prides itself and boasts about its customer centricity but do not stock simple wear and tear Items like a clutch kit. I have been told that the clutch kit has been ordered and it is not available in the country. How can Audi not have stock of a common item as a clutch. Audi wants me to pay a holding deposit to rent A car. Audi does not care as I do not have the finance at the moment so how am I expected to be mobile for the next three weeks. I, as the client have to suggest a solution to close up my vehicle for me to use in the interim, whilst the common wear and tear part comes from Germany, however they refuse to do so because my car it is still under warranty. What if my car was not under warranty, then they can assemble my car and give it back to me???? I suggest that you should think twice before purchasing an Audi as you may be forced to use public transport Whilst owning a premium brand vehicle. The dealer Principal Dealer Ravi Naidoo was extremely rude and condescending because I am a women, has no customer centricity skills and seems to put his franchise business first before his client’s needs.
