Park distance control buzzer

I took my wife’s Audi for a service in December. One of the problems with the car which I notified Audi centurion about was that the Park distance control buzzer wasn’t working whilst reversing. When I collected my car they notified me that they’ll order the part and call me first week of Jan 2018. I’m still waiting for their call. Really poor service and the last time I’m taking my car to them for service.
