Paint warrant useless

It has been 4 months trying to get my audi grill bumper paint peel off claimed from the warranty. What warranty. I left my complain in October with Audi Trisec, Trichardt, Had to call them in November to follow up, suddenly 2 days later they phoned me to bring vehicle to the to get inspected. Beginning of January phone them and asked what is going on, no knew and said they will follow up, 3 weeks later I must take my vehicle again to them, different people to inspect. Will never buy an Audi again, useless service, expensive car, useless trade value, customer service non existant.
