Paid for Aircon repairs and aircon not repaired

Hello,<br> <br> I am deeply upset and shocked at the treatment I received from the Service manager at this branch..I took my car in for the aircon to be repaired,was told to pay a diagnostic fee of R800,after which I was told a part was needed.The part and labour will cost me R8,801.94. Since I wanted quality workmanship,I paid the full amount for my car to be repaired.I did not hesitate because this is a trusted brand. Now ,I am in total shock that I still have a aircon that's not working!!!! They're telling me it's the FAN...that they fixed ,not the aircon.<br> <br> This is seriously unacceptable,i paid for an air con to be fixed,they never told me that there will be other problems.How did they diagnose it in the first place? I thought they will be the experts...hence i did not go to a chop shop. R8,801 for a FAN and not the air conditioning I asked for.I am shocked and very disappointed by the treatment i received from the manager as well.He was quite patronizing...maybe because I am a woman and assumed to not know about cars??? I am in total shock.For a High End brand,this was definitely not the service i expect.
