over charged on quote fee

Audi was taken to Cresta branch for quote on engine repair. I was told 5 hours as the engine had to be stripped to give me a full quote on the repair. The quote was over the top as they indicated the engine was Irreparable and would have to replace the complete engine ++++ My complaint is the engine was not stripped to the point that 5 hours had been spent in diagnosing. All that had been done was strip for a maximum of 2 hours and then decide they not able to do the repair. This to me is bad business practice as you forcing me as an Audi driver to look at buying from another motor vehicle supplier.
