Oil consumption on Audi A4 1.8 2010

I started experiencing strange excessive oil consumption on my car at 80,000km. I reported my concern to Audi Mbombela who kept conducting oil consumption tests with no benefit on my side. I got tired of going back to them as I get the same response. I took my car in for 120,000km at Audi, The Glen and shared my oil consumption concern with them. I was told that the 2009 - 2010 A4 have that problem and the reiterated the oil consumption test story. My concern is since Audi SA knows about this problem what are they doing to assist us, their customers or is it left to us to sort? <br> <br> Hopefully, this time around AUDI SA will respond and assist.
