Not so Premium Brand....

I switched from BMW to Audi about a month or so ago. I purchased a vehicle from Audi Pietermaritzburg and the service was exceptional! I was aware of clearcoat repair work that had to be done on the vehicle but was promised that it would be a warranty claim. AUDI SA then made a big hooo-haaa about the repair work and said it was due to aftermarket spray work and lot of poor excuses not do fix the vehicle. After taking the car to Audi centurion for the second time for an inspection, they finally decided to fix the damage due to their poor build quality.... It then took Audi centurion a further 2 weeks to find a panelbeater and they now need my car for 7 working days to spray 2 bumpers.... I dont mind 7 working days but please give me another vehicle to drive with during the 7days especially seeing how this damage has nothing to do with me or my ownership. AUDI centurion then explained that they only do loan vehicles if the parts arent available for 3 weeks!!! Are you kidding me!!! I currently still drive a BMW (this is the wife's Audi) and they give me a loan car even if I broke something on it. Rather poor show by a, I guess, not so premium brand...
