Not satisfied with refusal to do what's needed on the car as same has shown in their diagnostics reports

I have logged queries with Audi South Africa, since I was not getting joy from audi the glen

I have experienced difficulties in gear changing as the gear lever was getting stiff I reported same it's more than 5 times and same has never be fixed instead Audi the glen will do things they re not supposed to like resetting the car electronic system for what only the Devil knows.

I also requested that my brake pads be changed as there was that screetching noise when I'm applying brakes but same has been ignored as well. I requested this twice if I'm not mistaken. But not assisted.all the above have been requested whilst I was on my 75km but they ignored it.

Even one of the service consultant I won't mentioned has requested that the gearbox n clutch kit be changed before I run out of motor plan, he even re booked the car after that service but instead of that happening they booked the car with different consultant I explained as to why it was rebooked after service but he said there was nothing wrong with the car .nothing was done to change the gearbox and clutch kit.

I dnt enjoy driving my car anymore.i need those be changed before I completely ran out of motor plan because it looks like they waiting for that and that's when all the nonsense will begin.
