Not just a car service. Now my car is faulty.

<p>How can a dealership give you a faulty car after service. I took my car in for a routine service to audi springs and I regret it completely. My car went in in a good condition, when I went to fetch it it sounded funny. Taking it back there is the obvious next move. Now I'm left without transportation, I'm not informed of my car or what is happening. I'm promised this and that but my car is still in their possession and I dnt know the problem. Consumer rights are being violated. Things only work when you are a '*****' being nice makes them think you are a fool. Never again will I ever set my foot there after my car issue has been resolved. This is a warning not to trust them with your car...</p>
