Not impressed with lady who was managing bookings, taking money, at Audi Pinetown on 19 Oc 2026

Myvreview only applies to the lady at bookings, taking money, at Audi Pinetown. It does not apply to Brett who "manages" my Audi and is wonderful. It does not apply to spare parts staff, or service staff, only her. She is slow, unfriendly and, sad to say, unfortunately, I cannot say one good thing to recommend her during this visit. I have a terrible surname and cracked a joke but I dont think she even managed a smile.
