Not happy with Audi South Africa

Disappointed at Audi South Africa. My car went for service @ Audi the Glen on the 26 of September and I still don't have it. I don't know what else to do or who to escalate it to. I was told that it needed a part and that part was to be ordered in Germany, which will take 10 to 15 days, then after that was told another part needed to be ordered from Windhoek. Almost 2 months and that part has not arrived.

I then wrote to Audi Forum hoping to get some help and still the part has not arrived. I'm worried that my car is being stripped or something. Not to mention the inconvenience. I'm a single black mother needing to take my child to creche, have family matters to attend. Have to travel to work,

Everyday I call and I'm told same thing that the part has not been delivered to South Africa. I'm out of options and really disappointed at Audi. They are dishonest and their procedures to get things done are messed up.

They are not about making the customer happy
