I dont even know where to start after seeing such horrific reviews about such a reputable brand its appauling i have to say, my mothers car has been in for repairs from the beginning of the year at Audi Durban City Centre till today. It was sent there because it was over heating and it drained the battery for some reason. Audi claimed from her warranty and was approved for the claim more than 5months ago, instead they sent a quotation of other things that needed to be sorted out which cost more than the value of the car. Now the problem is that my mom lives ****ms away from Durban in a village and she is a 75year old disabled woman she tried communicating with them and they said the car is ready she must come and collect, when she got there, the car was stripped to the bone. She was then forced to stay and in a hotel for 3 days only to go back home without her vehicle. The year is almost finished and no word from Audi and i have to console my mother daily she is always in tears about this because she cannot even take herself to Doctors when she has fallen ill she has to pay local transport which charges her 700 rand for a round trip that is less than 30kms this is too much too handle now its too much, Audi just doesnt give a damn what happens to her. Im am goimg to right the same review on all my social platforms so that people are aware of how you treat your clients every single day starting today.
