No Vorsprung and no service and no deals

Audi send me email about there Kyalami test day on certain cars but I told them I would like to test drive the R8 V10 seeing I already had an RS6 and the lady said she will arrange with Sandton Audi for a test drive!! Never happend! Not even a call!! This was awhile back! Now I see Audi advertising R200k assist on Q7 but no trade in assist on RS models? I go to bmw and I can buy any M car and get trade in assist and alot of options! Audi don't offer anything that is even worth looking at! Maybe Audi would not have to fire there CEO cause of poor sales and start to offer decent deals on there RS models!!! If Audi can't even arrange a test drive for a customer you know management is not doing there job! I wanted to buy a new RS 7 and again no stock! Not the service you expect from a brand like Audi!!!
