No support for warranty breakdown

My car broke down while on holiday on Thursday 12 March between South brook and Margate on the south coast.<br> (This was the second break down for my car since I bought it as It was in the garage for a fault they could not find in November up until the second week in January (a month and a half)<br> During that time Audi Mbombela Nelspruit provided us with a courtesy car.)<br> Audi Assist was contacted and a town in arranged. We left the car at Audi South Coast.<br> We were supposed to be out of our holiday rented flat on Friday 13 March at 10h00. But we did not have a vehicle to return home with and was still awaiting Audi assist to arrange the vehicle.<br> We were thus forced to stay another night. Pieter at Audi South coast informed us Friday morning 13 March that the cam belt on our car had broken and we would have to leave the vehicle with them to be fixed as a warranty claim as it is still under warranty.<br> <br> We received our rental vehicle from Bidvest at around 13h10 that afternoon. We were unhappy because there was a R1000 charge to use the vehicle and asked Audi South Coast - Pieter We asked them for a courtesy car but he said they had none available that can be away from their shop fo
